I'm getting the error, "Create CLSID_VampDeviceEnum Fail!" then once clicking ok, "ERROR:0001:Please plug your AVerTV USB 2.0 device in the usb port." I got AVerTV Studio II with my computer when I bought, and it worked at first. I got this error a couple of times, and my roommate told me to unscrew the tuner or whatever on the bottom, so I did and then screwed it back in and that solved the problem. But now that doesn't fix it anymore, and I don't know how to get it to work. I have Win XP, Pent 4 3.2 GHz, 512 MB RAM.
