Squeaking wheel gets the oil. Hate to be a pain in the rump customer, but I feel that is deffinately the case with AW. I posted on Reseller when things were going bad, I had a very great conference with a AW rep almost immediately. She has been checking on me ever since, which I thank her for. My sales person has put up with many a email and a phone call, and to be honest, when I was about to jump ship, I was jumped from to 9 instantly. Granted, I am a ALX customer and at the premium I am paying, I am supposed to be treated premiumly, but so should ALL paying customers. I have not lost faith in Alienware, and when I get my system I hope it is all that and a cup o Joe. If it isn't, I wont take no for an answer though, for I truely believe that the customer is always right, particularly when paying as much as an automobile for service. I in no way take advantage of being the customer, meaning I will keep my integrity and not ask for more than they promise, but I will hold them for what I was told I would recieve.
