Hi,
When I upgraded my HD to a 60GB 7200 I turned the original 60GB(4200) into an external HD using a USB case. When I plug the USB drive my Dell i9100 has no probs recognizing it but if I leave it connected and switch off my machine, its when i switch it back on that it won't recognize my external USB HD. I am forced to unplug it and then plug it back in. Its no big deal but I wondered if there was a setting or something that I had overlooked in Windows. All suggestions are welcome.
