The Dell Crash Analysis Tool is a new application available from the Dell support site. The description on the site says:
"This tool scans the system for any drivers that are indicated by Microsoft Online Crash Analysis data as a possible reason for system crashes, blue screens, system lockups, etc."
I think this might help some people who are having problems with their i9100's. Anyone who is having a problem should try this out. Hope this helps some of you.
