Sometimes my Sentia wont recognize my battery, its the weirdest thing, Ive contacted Alienware and they say "It proably isnt charged up", when it is, sometimes it just says no battery information available and I have to have my computer plugged in, then all of a sudden it recognizes it, anyone know what i need to do to fix this?
