ive explained that already, but does that give him the right, to do this to me? wouldnt it make more sense to either finish the trade, or trade back and be done with it/

all i have to say is this is what you get for trading with someone you don't know haha! AGAIN stay city wide and you won'thave a problem, that way you can drive to there house and kick their ass if needed heheh jk

I must say after reading the above, only trade in your city. Yes that is safe but forums are built on the idea of helping each other and benefiting from each others knowledge. That applies in trading to, its the trolls and mistakes that makes trading hard but I would not limit myself, you just have to be safe, if your worried on a trade require shipment first or payment first. Have personal information, check prior feedback (heatware write a few of those he has trade with (or she) on eBay email them from the account make sure it is theirs) This does not protect you 100% its all in if you want to take a chance, it does not always come out right, but again you have to trust your fellow forum members.

Also on the Mod's note, maybe I missed the thread to bring these subjects up but if there is one why not relocate this thread? Its not to hard. And a mod should help handle the situation, if you don't want it here and this is holding up business move it. No I am not going to be nice because your a mod, lol, no one is nice to me just because I am in the military, so if your mad because i stated the facts that your job is to over see the forums and when handling situations yes pointing out both sides is a good thing, but making a member feel that his issues with lost items could careless on your part? Isn't that rather rude? Do you want that kind of treatment?

Now after reading about the 10 dollar MO, lol sorry but that is just weird... hell it raises def. questions but this going back and forth only creates more problems. If one screwed up do the deal, get it straight and just do not deal with them again. I am just pointing out that a laptop breaking twice is really close to me just saying, BS. From what I Understand Lawson wanted the Asus he suggested the trade and then he had problems following through as well and he used an excuse of I have to replace the MB, then he says the same thing again. That’s really odd, just like the 10 dollar MO. Flat out doing the same thing to someone else is not mature, its immature and should not be happening

pictures of the fried mobo for u fools out there....also...trade for my sager?? lol..this sager is worth more then ur HP anyday...it would be nowhere near even i dont care hoo much u loss between a trade with un inspector or not....

He never answered my pm's and recently,,phone calls, or text messages.

So the only thing i could think of, was to make a new thread on it, Im sorry about that,, He has yet to respond....

heres how it will end....if karkass shows proof of receipt that he bought a money order for me (1350) and twodcc (1400) then i will ship the dell to him completely fixed and upgraded.....thanx mods for keeping this open

1. u say im a bad trader? yeah maybe i am, for having a couple deals that look bad, etc..but i was a man about it, and stood up for myself, and made sure everything was fixed. instead of leaving shit the way it was and not caring.

You guys need to work together to resolve this. I was absolutely wrong for making a joking matter of it. In oder to move on and get to a resolution it would be best if name calling can be left out. Each of you need to make a reasonable, mutual, and final deal and stick with it. This can't be dragged on like this. Its not fair to anyone involved and its not fair to this community.

Flat out the original deal fell through, but at LAWSON's request a new deal was made, so drop the old deal Lawson, ur beating a dead horse and you just don't want to say hey I screwed up. Thanks for the pics proving the MB is fried, thats fair to ask for and being a jerk in your posts should not be the response for asking fo proof of your claims.

You wanted to do this deal, pending Karkass prving that he did say he wanted you to hold on to the Asus if you could not handle the dell then you broke the deal even further and again:
Sold a Laptop you did not own, so your just as bad as the whole MO incident, end of story!

You both screwed up in this deal, things went to hell, but being a jerk is not something that should be tolerated because you want to act in such a way. You do not have the right. Drop your pride and or hate and deal with this as a business situation. This should not be that big of a deal.

On the note of the Sager being worth more, you got the Sager for his Asus from what I understand which means if he returns the Gateway you should have no choice but to return it. He asked you to complete his deal (which you were obligated to do because:
A) You suggested the deal.
B) He told you he wanted the Asus back if you could not Follow through.)
You can not follow through so either trade your friend back if you are so adimit that you want him not to get the Sager, or send him the Sager. End of story

It wouldn't hurt at this point if Karkass shows proof of receipt that he bought a money order for (1350) and (1400). It would end this quickly and the offer to fix and send the Dell has been made.
