MSI and AOpen Questions

Hi guys

First post, be gentle! I was wondering if you could help me out with a couple of questions regarding two 'whitebooks' I'm interested in building.

Firstly, does anyone know if the MSI M510C is available to purchase in the UK (or any of the MSI range)? Try as I might, I have been unable to find it, even in stores where other barebones notebooks are stocked. I'm reluctant to import one because of taxes and/or language and power differences which I'm unsure of.

Secondly, does anyone have any experience with the AOpen 1557-GLS notebook's keys? By all accounts they seem to be translucent blue, which from the photos I can't help but think seem a bit cheap (daft, I know ...). I was just wondering if this is the case, or if the keys are in fact shipping in a standard black finish. There seem to be regional kits floating about for these notebooks, consisting of keyboards and AC adapters, but I'm not sure exactly what these packs are or what they contain.

Thanks for your time

Donno much about the Aopen.. but the MSI I have .. and I love so far.. and the powersupply says it can take 110-220V.. so all you'd need is the converter for the plug.
just so you know..

Yes you should be able to buy them in the UK.
The main reason for you not being able to see or buy then in places that you been to is both have agents likewise with Gigabyte that will take you order and ship it out to you.
MSI contack links try and phone these online stores or send an email to MSI/Aopen for better info.
