built in wireless or buy a pcmcia wireless?

which 1 works the best ?
I am going wireless this week from wired and although the max distance i will be from the access point is 100ft i thought i'd ask first

Get the built-in; it's one less thing to worry about removing and relatively cheap when you purchase it with the system.

get one built in, you ain't gonna see any difference. it's probably cheaper, and you won't have a thing hanging out of your PCMCIA port that can get damaged. plus you free up your port for something else if you need it.

definitely built in wireless. But if you can't get it as in the case of 700m and bluetooth option, I'd get a PCMCIA bluetooth adapter card. I decided against the USB Bluetooth adapter because the USB adapter sticks out too much and it can break easily if you are not careful. The PC card option is more elegant than the the USB adapter route. PC cards usually cost more, however. But they draw less power from the battery than the USB adapters i believe? Anyone knows for sure?

I have both and they seem to work equally well. I've read that the built in has a larger antenna and there for may have a longer range.
