Ferrari 3200 Bios Update Ver 3A28

Hi Acer have released a new Bios for the Ferrari 3200 Ver 3A28.

To fix the system will get blue screen when system is cold booting

here is the link:

there are some other goodies there as well.

I have downloaded it ut not tried it yet, as I have not had the issue with blue screen.

At what temperatures is fan switching on and off with this BIOS ??

But that post is reporting to 3A27 not 3A28 - it's why I did ask

On my TM8003, the same bios update (3A28). Installed yesterday. All right till now.

According to fskidd the fan issue still exist in this BIOS version, so no I don't recommend it:

If you don't have any problems, why bother upgrading?

Ops, I'm sorry for mistake...
Confused 3A18 for the TM with 3A28 for Ferrari

well i've had the new bios version running for about a month now i must say that i've only got the bsod once during this month so am relatively pleased
