Hello. Can you give us a little more information on the type of computer you have, operating system, specs etc. this will be helpful in getting answers quicker.

It could be a security level setting if you run Windows 2000/XP (at least for the downloads).

Or if you are on a controlled system (like at work), it may have been intentionally setup this way.

As ssweig asked, give us a bit more info and we'll go from there.

Take a look at this link and it may give you some insight.

Also, try using an alternate browser (I recommend Mozilla Firebird - or the full Mozilla browser). See if the same things occur with the alternate browser.

As for the video printscreens, most video players output directly to the video card rather than going through the windows display buffer, or something like that, which is why you cant see them. This might have worked before on an older player or with different drivers that forced playback through windows (which I believe is slower).

There are plenty of players which will capture a screen from a video (I use elecard mpeg 2 player for mpgs and DVDs), but if windows printscreen doesnt work I doubt any full screen capture utilities will.

damn, sorry for the late reply, myrkat thanks for the link. I was able to use the save traget as section in the browser you told me, but am so use to internet explorer lol but its all good, just time to get use to it, but only for a little bit once i get my 8890 =D.

Robert602 yeah, I have that player and i still can't use the print screen. Maybe a i should just format and see if it fix's the problem. Thanks guys for the replys!

I wouldnt format, this isnt a fault as much as just the way video playback works. As for the elecard player I was referring to the 'Grab' function which saves a snapshot of the video to a bmp file. I dont know if it's possible to use printscreen in any way, but I dont think it is.
