Video help

Hey guys,

I just got a 19" Sony LCD Monitor (it's beautiful, by the way) but for some reason, after hooking up the DVI-D cable to my 8890, any video (ie dvd, avi) does not work... there is no image, but I can hear the audio. Games are great, but otherwise, no luck with video. I'm using Omega 2.5.90's.

Anyone know how to correct this?

did you hold down the Fn key and tap the f7 key several times to switch to external monitor?
