Thank god for the complete re-structuring of their corporate structure!

Who writes this stuff? Sheesh

Their bombastic marketing language is declining in quality. That was the only thing they had going for them!
At least they have a rotating logo

Before to me they were all words, and that is still all words, we'll see what happens with their pool of 75,000 developers and complete overhaul.

Maybe they should wipe the slate clean and start from scratch... name and everything. I think there's to much tied to it now.

They're starting a forum!!! this is gonna be sweet

omfg read these comments:

Likewise, my appreciation for the sophisticated, imaginative, and muscular elegance of your remarkable computers and design is as transfixed as the day I first discovered you. Your pursuit of excellence is unique in the history of PCs. It’s very sad. The inspiring, irresistible force of dedication, craftsmanship, and innovation has, once again, encountered the vulgar, immovable object of “bottom line” economics.

Quite frankly, if you look closely...well, not even that close...I think it's rather evident that ONE person is writing all of their comments. Are people really that easily duped by this kind of trash?

I thought the Ferrari of the PCs was that Acer one... what was that? huh... Ferrari!! ... wait! this guy from Modena (coincidence?) must know what he is talking about...

Unleaded, there is even one comment that is supposed to be from Rio de Janeiro, but the way the guy is talking is much like the portuguese from Portugal... there is one word that is only rarely used, and mostly in formal occasions... I'm not saying it's impossible, but it's rarely used. I, myself, don't use it even when writing works for college (but IIRC, it's more used in Portugal). It's the translation for the word "thee", mostly (mostly, not only) used on religious talkings...

Well I'm sure a few idiots, oops I mean people, wrote in but it does seem as if most of them were made up by a one of two people.

Opening up a "global forum space." Wow. That's a lot o' words strung together. I had to take a breather before finishing. I can't wait to experience the restructured corporate structure that features this new "global forum space."

I'm excited!*

*cue sound of one hand clapping

There was supposed to be a store opening in LA earlier in the year. If you dig around some of the older Go-L threads, you'll see references to that. We had members waiting to head out to check it out for themselves. I don't think it ever happened as it all just sort of faded away.

1,000,000 letters of support!?!?! I'd like to see them pull 10 customer's out of their ass who actually got what they paied for and are pleased with their service.

rustican, i think if you start with 1 or 2 satisfied customers, they might (and i mean might) have a chance.

I wonder how many "press releases" they sent out announcing their restructuring.
