But seriously, i do love the Lian Li, great innovation with the reversed motherboard thingymabob and the hard drive cages plus separate compartments.

When i first showed a pic of the V1000 to a friend he told me it looked like a dollhouse...

Depends on your taste, I guess. I much prefer a sleek, minimalist look. The Alienware design is more of a youthful, futuristic look. I think Sharakkhal may have similar tastes as mine.

i have a slight flair towards those 'ghetto blaster' cases sa you guys put it. But only if done well. But i do like a futuristic look. Long smoothe flowing lines are also good.

I think they're very ugly too. Almost as ugly as that funny poor man's alienware

Form follows function is a good rule - macs are a good example of that and I'm sure the majority of people here agree that they're pretty.

However, I like also this one! Normally it has plastic bits, but I would use it as it is. It's brute ugliness is appealing to me
