Where can you get a brand new I9100?

This should be in General, not the Photo Gallery, but the only way to get a brand new 9100 would be to go through eBay or some other auction site.

Move to somewhere where the 9100 is still offered.

From Dell. I bought mine through dell.co.uk about 3 months back - and they're still selling them today (just a bit cheaper!).

Hmm, I just noticed that Dell-UK offers an optional second hard drive for the modular media bay. I haven't seen that option offered in the US. Does anybody have one?

Check Dells outlet website. I know you said used but a lot of them may just be brand new returns from when people bought them with the $750 off coupon about a month ago. Ebay prices tanked due to oversupply and some couldnt make the profit worth the hassle.

I just bought mine from the outlet store with about $675 off about the same as the $750. You just cant configure. Know what you want and grab it quick and place in your cart to review. Keep checking the website they release new product every 40 minutes after the hour.

You can definitely find some great deals in the outlet, but it's not always easy. Dell's outlet pricing seems pretty random. They routinely jack up the prices, so you can't really tell if you're getting a good deal just by the size of your "discount."

Having said that, I did buy my 9100 in the outlet for under $800. I've tossed back a 9100 with a MR9800 for around $1200, as well as an XPS for $1200. I haven't seen a great outlet deal for a 9100 or XPS recently, though.

i have a new idea
in UK they still sell 9100 on dell's web site also in all other european countries

dell outlet site is your best bet, they've had some crazy deals in the past. There was a XPS with 9800 and only 256 RAM so it was on for $1700 but there was $350 off at the time so $1350 and you buy a 1 GB RAM off ebay and you're all set.
