hi,

i bought emachines 2 years Extended Service Plan. My m6811 lappy got screen flickering problem and went to its home on RMA twice until now (hoping it lost it homesick problem ).

In second time they changed motherboard, hinges and lcd screen.

So can i ask them for laptop replace ??? using ESP???
I really don't know anything about "No lemon policy"...

Thanks

A "No-Lemon" Policy simply means that when your product has to be repaired a certain number of times, rather than keep repairing (sometimes reviving) it, the retailer/manufacturer (depending who you bought the plan from, in this case eMachines) will just give you a brand new product that is comparable to your old product. So you can ask eMachines if you're near their No-Lemon exchange limit or if you still have repairs to go. Either way, they'll either fix you up or get you a new one, so you're good to go.
