I bought a Sager vrs the Alienware M51. I was trying to contact Alienware with a pre-sales question and got an automated e-mail response with ". . . will contact you within 24 hrs . . "crap. Well I sent at least three e-mails and NO ONE EVER DID CALL Then I ran into this forum, sent Adam a pre-sales e-mail and PROMPTLY got a response (less than 12 hrs.). Subsequent e-mails to Adam were also replied to and I really like my 5670. If someone won't contact me about a $3,000 sale, then what are they going to do if the thing breaks? I believe Adam would help in a situation like this, but I wouldn't say the same thing for Alienware. People....service is 90% of the battle.
