At this point we cannot answer the question of whether nVIDIA or ATi offers the more sophisticated DX 9 graphics solution. In a preliminary test on an engineering sample, the Mobility Radeon 9600 proved to be quite powerful. In about a week we should be able to reach a verdict, based on a model available on the market, on which of the two is faster. So stay tuned.

A friend of my owns this laptop and it could get prety hot. I have a Toshiba Laptop myself and it seems to be running quite hot. I think the internal fan seems to be dead because it doesn't turn on anymore. Anyone had this same type of problem? A friend from school told me that I should be a Laptop Cooling Pad is this a good idea or should I find a replacement for the internal fan inside?

i would just troubleshoot the existing fan. its designed to cool that system. do that before buying anything
