Internal wireless drivers needed on the 9860

When I found out that the Turbo internal wireless cards were not available I opted to have the normal internal wireless card installed.

My problem is windows still can not figure out the card and doesn't notice the drivers on the CD. Does anyone else now what card was installed or where I can find the drivers for the card?

Thanks!

Did you FN F11 to turn the card on ? It is most likely made by Gigabyte since all the recent wifi cards have been.

Yea I tried the FN F-11 to make sure the light would turn on and off. I'll see if they have some drivers that will work at the Gigabyte site.

Thanks!

Fn+F11 doesn't turn off/on my Gigabyte wireless adapter--doesn't seem to do anything.

I bougt a D-link 802.11g turbo (108mbps) router since it has the same Atheros chipset as the Gigabyte laptop adapter in the hope that I could get Turbo-G performance, but all I can get is the normal 54 mbps speed. Anyone getting the full 108 mbps speed with any router-adapter combo?
