The little rubber things around the screen come of. Just get under them with a small screwdriver and they pry off. They are self adheasive and go back on easily. Then the frame comes off. I saw a Dell guy do it on mine to replace a cracked bezel. All went back together like new!
Yes, and in addition all of the small round rubber stops around the bezel also lift out to reveal a screw for 8 in total you have to take out. So unscrew all eight and lift the bezel out from the rest of the LCD assembly starting at the bottom (under the dell logo). Diagram follows to indicate screws.
