4780 TV TUNER problem

whenever I try to start up the AVERTV program, I get a message that says, "Load Title Image Fail" and the tuner refuses to open the TV program. What can I do to fix this problem? The driver installed perfectly but the Quictv display has no words when my mouse hovers over it in the System Tray.

Have you tried uninstalling the software and reinstalling it? 9 times out of 10, that will solve weird little problems like the one you are experiencing.

TV Tuner Problems

Don't ask me why this works but this is what I did to get my TV Tuner card to work on my 4750.

Reinstall WinDVD
Reinstall AVERTV

It should work after that. I tried system restore, new drivers off the AVER website and none of it worked untill I reinstalled WinDVD. Good Luck and Post your results.

I got it to work after doing a system restore. Reinstalling/uninstalling did not work.
