Mobile Meter will monitor the CPU and Hard Drive Temps but no Fan Monitoring.

Someone asked before but I can't find the post...

Does the 9860 have the Fn+F* combo for turning the fans on full power like the 8790 has? If not, that's another thing they should try and fix - as well as allowing the AudioDJ volume buttons to control the master volume in XP (like the 8890 did)

Yep, I would like to be able to control the master volume from the dj buttons too. Or even 2 of the quick launch buttons. I couldn't believe there were no hard buttons for volume.

Well I wondered the same thing I think it use to be like Fn F10 but I looked in the book and there is no control for F10...it skips right over it...I tried it and it didn't do anything..

Nope. From what i have been able to gather the fan throttleing was used to correct the issue of the fans goining into high while the notebook was idling and to allow always on for optimum cooling while the notebook was being stressed. The 9860 cools alot better and the fans are quite (as far as i am concerned), this this would not be needed. I'll check about the volume on the DJ panel.

Try MBM5
Motherboard monitor 5. I use it on my desktop for temps and fan speeds
