That's nothing. Once I move everything to the new case, i will add two more 300gb Seagates and run them in RAID-5 on a Highpoint controller for 1.5tb. Plus the two 74gb raptors in RAID-0 and the 500gb I have connected externally.

Just curious, what can you possible use 1.5tb for?

If you have a TV tuner, its nice to have somewhere to record all that TV. My tuner uses about 2 gigs/hour.

Pump number 2 arrived today. I already have one of these Eheim 12v pumps and a small black Tank-O-Matic. The black tank has scratches on the tube so I plan on putting the bigger tube on the black tank and selling a small red one. I had wanted two big black ones ( ) anyway.

WC parts i have bought:

1 - TDX A64 3/8" fittings
2 - Maze 4 A8N Chipset 3/8" fittings
2 - Maze 4 Low Profile GPU 3/8" fittings
1 - Black Ice Pro II
1 - Black Ice Pro III
16 - OCZ BGA Ramsinks
2 - Innovatek HPPS pump
1 - Black Large Tank-O-Matic Plugon
2 - AlphaCool A8N Mosfet coolers

To Be Purchased

1 - Large Black Tank-O-Matic Plugon
3/8" Tubing
Clamps (probably worm)

I want to use 3/8" Compression fittings but it would cost me around 70.00 to buy them all.

Well I think I should be set for Disk Space now. I just bought Six (!!!!!) 400gb Seagate Hard Drives to run in RAID-5. That will give me 2 Terrabytes on that array.

I had previously bought 4 300gb drives, but they are now discontinued and I can't find them anymore.

Long time, no update. Not much new to report. I am in the middle of moving into my new place and I finally got to build
the desk I have had in storage for some time. Its pretty big so I didn't want to deal with moving it in one piece.

The Screen is new, Dell 2407wfp. I ditched the Dell Speakers since the center does nt mount on the new screen. The
Logitechs I had laying around. I also picked up a Cisco 1721 router to run off the DSL.

I am still in the process of gathering parts to build a new rig, its just on the back burner for the time being. It will be
comprised of many of the same components, but I am trying to get my hands on an FX-60. I shoud have bought one
when they were down to 330.00 Now they are hard to find new.

On a side note, I am about to start a new project that is in no way related to computers. I'll perodically post progress
updates on it but it will likely take awhile. I wonder if anybody can guess what it is? The only hints i'll give you is it
is not an official Lego set and there are more pieces than any Lego set that has ever been produced.

Thats awsome! Can't wait to see more progress!

Well I've had enough abuse for one night. The hardest part is digging through the bags to find the parts you need.

At this point I started to combine the parts into the first main section, but everything went south about halfway through.
So I sepetated the parts and I'll give it a go again tomorrow.

Took a couple of days off on my project. Just got back from vacation and work has been a blast.

My entertainment center finally arived today, so I figured I'd start to assemble it. I got the main body done, but I still have to assemble the drawers and mount the doors. This cabinet is a perfect fit for my HT gear.
