My IDE drives installed. One is a Seagate 200gb and one is a Western Digital 160gb. I ended up using a Y-adapter for power as I could only find one power lead that would reach down there.

Because of the way the CD-ROM drives were connected, I had to purchase an IDE cable that would reach both burners so I could plug in the Hard Drives. I need to get a floppy to 4pin adapter so I can eliminate the wiring mess under the videocard.

I have a gangload of Cathodes laying around so I figured I would make a "ground effects" kit for the computer.

First I put a couple of zip tie mounts on the bottom of the case like so

Next I mounted the two cathodes under the case and ran the wires through the bottom of the fromt bezel.

I mounted the inverter under the hard drives. You can barely see it under the IDE cable. I also purchased a three pin extension cable for the fan on the side panel. This way I can control the speed of the fan via the BIOS.

OK, your sig says you ordered your rig with an NEC burner. And you are putting up a link for another NEC burner. So I ask again, why do you need two DVD burners?
