Alienware order phases?

I ordered a 7700 about a 10 days ago, the sales rep said it would take about 5 days to process the billing, ok he was right money was withdrawn from my account and still 10 days later my order is sitting at phase 2 anyone else had a stagnant order phase problem like this?

did they withdraw the whole amount or just the 500 deposit??

You have to call Alienware to get an accurate phase position. When I was going through the phase game the web sit said I was on phase 4 when I was really on phase 13. Hang in there.
