customer service
Hello. Although they are bashed on every forum on the internet, and every pc maker makes horrible remarks about them.. Alienware has pretty good customer service. I ordered an Area-51 desktop on Friday. The process went very smoothly and the saleswoman was very nice and helpful. There are seven phases that your computer goes through before you get it. I am already in phase 3 and it only took 1 day... So, you will read incredulous remarks about them but I had a very good experience from them so far and there are many, many others also. There is a reason they have grown quite large since their beginnings; they sell a lot of pc's and get a lot of repeat business... All being said, if you are going to buy a Sager, you should buy it through PC Torque as they are phenomenal when it comes to customer service/sales support. I have heard that toshiba has terrible support and bestbuy also has poor support...
