I notice that some Toshiba laptops have TruBrite display and some don't. What exactly is it? Does it give the screen a glossy look? Thanks.

TruBrite does not mean the glossy screens you see on a few Toshiba models. It all kind of confusing, but I think TruBrite is just a term for higher brightness screen technology, that's all.
