Thanks to Adam and PCTorque!

I really want to thank Adam for his help on the phone this evening. Rarely have I encountered this kind of service in any venue and it is an invaluable side benefit of owning a Sager.
And---I didn't even purchase my 5660 from him! Though he will probably want to delete this, I just want to let everyone know that he's just as much of a stand-up guy as he appears to be on this forum. Thanks Adam!

I agree. I had ordered my 5660 and i though the customer service was great. Very helpful and informative. Angry retail people sit up and take notes!!!

Agreed 100%... The fact that I have the resources to write a review of the 8886 (with the main resource being an 8886 :-)) proves it...

while we're on the topic of praising adam, when my 5660 was delievered a day later than it was supposed to be, adam made sure i was refunded the cost of shipping. thanks adam!

:-) Talk about considerate service. I hope more people who buy from resellers like PCTorque rate them on resellerratings... a lot of people go there to see the ratings before they buy.
