I have the 2005fpw and all i can say is 'awesome.' This thing does everything you want it to do and movie watching is a new experience on a widescreen. I have several CRT monitors(all large and all top of the line--at least they were once
) but this dell monny blows them away. Mine came perfect, no dead pixel, no light leakage, no distorted colors, no imbalances whatsoever. The only thing i hate about it is that it stretches the image when i resize the resolution other than its native. Now don't get me wrong, even though the resolution is 1680-1050 it seems to be much larger than the 1600-1200 i have on my alien lappy. A second drawback is that whenever I'm running other applications that uses 800-600 reso... when i go to watch movies i have to remember to resize the monitor to its native. Another drawback is the usb feeds in front. The power these give off is tiny so if you intend to use power hungry hardware that require good dosages don't imagine using them on the monitor. But this still works for thumb drives and such.
Thats all folks. Back to my studying.
