Resource Conflict - PCI on Motherboard

Hello everyone,

Well here I'am 3 weeks or so into owning my 9860 and I was as happy as could be. Then yesterday evening while working (have deadline on the 15th to get a software product out) the laptop locked up and I had to do a hard shutdown. Upon restarting I now recieve the following every time:

ERROR
Resource Conflict - PCI on Motherboard Bus:0A, Device:02, Function:00

Hit F1 to continue, F2 to setup

Hitting F1 brings up Operating System Not Found, F2 of course is not much help at this point.

Has anyone else ran into this problem? I'm currently waiting for Sager tech support to call, I'm guessing I won't be able to get it up and running immediately tho. Which with the deadline fast approaching is going to hurt really bad.

Any input would be greatly appreciated....

9860s
3.4ghz
2 - 80gig 5400rpm in RAID 0
2 gigs of ram
Win XP Pro

Thanks,

Ken

Another update, got a call from Sager support, ran thru the basics which isn't much at this point, he is going to check with a technician and call me back.

One last update for anyone interested, talked with the Sager support guy back and forth a few times trying various things such as removing the tv card, wireless, etc... and the resource conflict error is now gone however it goes now straight to Operating System Not Found.

Sager support(Ty) called me back and they are cross shipping me a new laptop and it should be here Tuesday.

While obviously it sucks that this happened(as they do from time to time), I'am very satisfied with Sager's support and feel they have taken care of me well.

Thanks,

Ken
