buy a WORKING laptop, how? here the answer

guys, if you ask for a laptop with an OS, the guy who install it will have to look at your screen, HD, and optical....

it means if there is a problem, they will not send you it and get you a good one.
I got mine with an OS, and it cames with no dead pixel, all working, all installed. plus on the order form , I wrote: "NO DEAD pixels, I can not afford to send it back from EU"

cost me 70$ for the OS, but what a release to know it is going to work fine ...

lmao you're philosophy is completely ignorant for two reasons:

1. You honestly think Operating Systems are installed on each individual computer by a person? WRONG. They are installed automatically without human intervention. If people had to wait even 10 minutes to install a O/S on a hard drive it would probably take companies like 6 months to get us our computers because they would be so backlogged lmao

2. Even if they were installed by a human and the human saw there was a defect such as a dead pixel, ONE OR TWO OR THREE OR EVEN FOUR+ dead pixels is well within most manufacturer's acceptable yield policy and they don't consider it a problem. Why do you think we praise no dead pixel policies on this forum? It's because most manufacturer's don't consider 1 or 2 or 3 or 4+ pixels a dead problem unless it's exactly in the middle of the screen which is less likely than it being in the other four quadrants.

Thus, regardless of if you get an O/S or not has NO impact on getting a quality notebook the first time around.

yeah, that's probably right. I like the NO DEAD PIXELS comment, though.
