Disappointed too
I too am disappointed and don't know why it took so long to send the coupon out, especially since I played this game and followed the rules. Techman, I appreciate your offer of coupons but perhaps next time have a bit of trust and if you do have to get something out of this, then perhaps just send the coupons out in a timely fashion when the status is pending. Xmas is approaching and to force people to wait until closer to Xmas where there's probably no chance that the laptop will even be received by the new year let alone Xmas, is entirely avoidableI'm still in two minds whether to pull the trigger and use a no hassle 25% off Dell coupon to get the 9200 or just get something cheap and cheerful like the Averatec 5500 (yes, very different from a 9200) but something I can use now and fleabay in the New year
