I just found that my left speaker is bad on my lappy. I have installed a 7200 rpm drive which is right next to the speaker. I read somewhere that a 7200 rpm drive is not supposed to be installed on a 8003 due to heating limitations. Has anyone else with this Acer chassis and a 7200 rpm drive had similar problems? Could the HD have caused my speaker to fail?
