I dont know why, but i recently installed nero, and when i start it up, the scanning scsi/ide bus, it just locks up, hanging up most of the computer since it integrates to explorer.exe (go to task manager, select nero, and go to process, it will go to explorer), and yes, shutting down explorer is the only way to shut down nero, there are two weird things after that, if you shut down the pc after the nero crash, the system will stop shutting down in the windows is shutting down, and, sometimes nero will boot, but will not detect the toshiba dvd/cdrw combo drive, only its internal image drive, any ideas?
