Price Differences

When I configure the 8886-v with two optical drives, it comes out to be around 2500--when I use the standard configurer it comes out to be about 150 higher--the exact same thing--Am I right or just stupid?

The C, S, and V systems are package deal discounts with some options.

Price difference

I also had a question about price differences in the UXGA and SXGA. Is there a price differential between the two?
There usually is, but I think they are still having the special where the UXGA upgrade is free on the 5660.

OK, if you guys want the scoop... Sager got a really good deal on the UXGA LCDs in the 5660 and wanted to pass along the deal offering a free holiday upgrade. They bought a bunch of them and didn't buy many 5660 systems with the SXGA+ LCD. So, they're pretty much out of the SXGA+ versions and the deal is still going for the free UXGAs though it was set to end days ago. As you can tell, I removed the SXGA+ LCDs from the -C, -S, and -V 5660 systems for now since they're not available with it.

I don't really see many downsides to it besides price.... my main thing is that I don't see a downside to lower native resolutions either, lol.

No problemo. Any idea how long the deal will last?
Well, he said the deal was supposed to end a while ago, but there are a few left so they're keeping it going... I don't imagine it will be much longer now.

If it's free, get it. I don't like the idea that if i make it smaller res. then it gets fuzzy, though. How big is 1600x1200 exactly?
