The Built in TV Tuner works fine with AverTV Software but not other programs. I tried Windows Movie Maker, Nero 6 Ultra TV thing, and DeScaler. None of them work. And yes I made sure they were using NTSC. The Combo NTSC/PAL card must make it hard for other TV software to get the right signal.
