Got my 9860!!!! - Page 3

It took me awhile for me to get a tracking number, and I only got it the night before my package arrived(2nd day shipping). Just be patient and it will arrive! I had to wait about a week after ordering before I got my tracking number.

Kudos to PCTorque

Well, order was placed on 12/4 and on Thursday, the order was still processing with Sager. So...I emailed PCTorque on Saturday. Hadn't heard anything back as of this morning so I called them to find out what was going on. They said that according to their records, it's still processing with Sager. So, I asked them if they could find out what was going on and what the hold-up was.

They are going to call Sager and find out. I advised them that I ordered the laptop on 12/4 so that I could make sure that I received it before I went out of state for the holiday and that now, I'm not so sure that I will be receiving it in time. They're going to email me and let me know what the hol-up is and when the expected ship date is once Sager gets into their office in California. Because it is taking so long to get this order processed and shipped out to me, they have upgraded my shipping to UPS 2 day!!!

Although I have been getting frustrated with the amount of time it's taken to process this order, I am very pleased with PCTorque and how they are helping me with this situation. I definitely have to give Kudos to Luke and the others there for the wonderful customer service that they are providing!
