I just received my new 9860....right before finals start. I don't know how I am going to study. I am pretty new to this forum (compared to some of you old timers) but I gotta say there is no way I would have a 9860 sitting in front of me right now without the help of this forum. I orginally had an order in for an Alienware! I am so glad that I cancelled it for this! I have waited A LONNNNG time for this computer. I orginally started looking at laptops in June 04'. I then ordered the Alienware to cancel and wait for PCI-X! It was a pain in the ass not having a computer in my dorm!
Man this took forever! Ordered: 11-12-2004 Received: 12-8-04.

I ordered from PC Torque. Most of the delay I think came from Sager and building it. The other factor is that I live in California so it had to go all the way to Flordia and back. I placed the order on Nov. 11th and it didn't ship to Torque till the 24th and arrived Dec. 1st. No big deal though...it was all worth it! ~kray
