P1 and P2 Quickkeys on Acer Ferrari

Anyone know how to set these two buttons to activate the required application?

(Oh, and while I'm at it, I'll stick a cheeky second question in here for I imagine a person who can answer the above, can answer the following - do you know how I get the Function and Up arrow key to equal volume up, and function and down arrow key to equal volume down - this worked for me in the first week of usage, but it seems to have stopped now, I must have clicked something that turned it off... anyone?)

You must have the Launch Manager in you systemtray, near the clock. That's the configuration tool for the P1, P2, mail and Internet Button. The program also manage the other special function bottons (like Fn+F1, Fn+UP, ecc ecc).
Probably you stopped that LaunchManager cause you didn't know what it is?!

P.S.
Sorry for my english...

I have no LaunchManager installed but my Fn-volume and screen brightness work fine. Simply did by default. I don't know how to configure it any more than that...

It's strange. I have LaunchManager on my TM8003 (the same of your Ferrari except of Processor).
Launch Manager is an utility shipped from Acer with their NB...you also haven't NotebookManager?!

Nah I got rid of the default installation almost the first chance I got. Anyway, it had more instability in a day than my new installation has had in several months

After some little tricks mine is extremely stable, except for Explorer restart sometimes, but i know it's kinda normal

Got it now, opened up Launch Manager which I located on my machine, set P1 and P2 to two much used programs.

Thereafter function key tweaks to volume up and down worked automatically.

Thanks all!
