If you learned how to read maybe you would have seen in my previous post that it's not that I didn't want to spend that much, it's just that why should I pay $5,300 for something when it's $4,800? Would you go to the dollar store and buy something for $5 just because you could afford it?

when you configured that machine it said 5300, now you are going to save 500 more from the MIR so thats 4800, sorry its not 4200. take what you can get and stfu.

Ibelieve: you must be rich if you order the system for $5,300. Money must not be a problem.the $500 you can live with it or without it.Think of this way you will have one of the badass system out there.The $500 can't be that much if you can spend $5,300. Man what the hell did you buy? the space shuttle.

Thank you for your constructive criticism. I'm not rich, I worked my ass off for this system and have 9 months same as cash financing which I'm using. I honestly can live with or without it as I budgeted for $5,300 but my point remains that it shouldn't be $5,300 since the price has dropped a few times since I ordered....

3.6 ghz p4 and 4 gigs of memory...6800 ultra....etc. Just in case you were wondering. I'll probably end up upgrading the processor once they come out with 3.6 or higher extreme editions. Pretty much fully loaded. 2 raptors in raid 0 (148 gigs), 250 gig backup drive.....everything..lol.

The one thing you have to understand is that if AW gives you the difference back, then they have to do it for everyone else.

Eh, I see your point...but I don't think what I was asking was too unreasonable. I just wanted to pay the going price for when my system was shipped.
