Cleaning Heatsink on GX7 (8790)

I would like to periodically clean my heat sink as I live in a house with 2 cats and I smoke.

1. Which panel do i remove to get to the processor?

2. Do i have to take the heaksink off of the proc to clean it then, remove the pad apply thermal compound and reattach the heatsink or can i just get access to the heat sink so I can blow or brush off the fins?

3. Is there anything else that I should blow out on my lappy other than the fan vents to keep it clean and running cool inside?

Thanks

i have an 8790. its the panel that has a small fan on it, near the back of the computer. it has 8 screws in it. if you take that off youll see the heatsink, i would take it out to clean it. you might be able to clean it out without removing it, but theres four screws that are marked in an order to take them off the heatsink. they are the screws with springs on it and a pain to put back in.
as far as applying the thermal compound and cleaning out anything else besides the fans, im not sure. sorry i couldnt help more.
