wide-screen M6BNE is available in the US now?!

Hey guys,

I know that a wide-screen Asus M6Bne has been available overseas for a while, but none of us in the states have been able to buy one. But tonight I was looking at powernotebooks.com and they have an option for a WXGA screen on their 3:17 (M6Bne) notebook?!

First, is this anything new? Because it sure wasn't the last time I was investigating this. And second, is WXGA a decent resolution? I know WSXGA is preferred...

Hate to burst your bubble, but I'm pretty sure that it's been available for quite some time.

M6BNE at ProPortable.com
M6BNE at AlphaPCStore.com

There's just a couple. I'm going to be buying the M6NE this week, that's why I know. Search in the Review forum here for some really good reviews. Good luck!

It's the WSXGA version that we'll all be happy about.

The WXGA M6BN(e) has been available in north america for some time. You may be thinking of the WSXGA model, which is not available for sale in N.A.
