Toshiba M30X-118 or Acer TM 8004?

Hi, all!

I'm going to by a new notebook next week. I would like to ask you to tell me which of this two is better:
- Toshiba Satellite M30X-118
- Acer Travel Mate 8003 or 8004.

I know that they have different type of screen, and i wonder which one would be better for me. I've read on this forum, that the Acer 8004's screen isn't very good. How about Toshiba's screen? Isn't WXGA (1280x800) to small (Acer has 1400x1050)?
I will use my notebook mainly for internet, work (word, excel), games, photos.

What do you think - which one should I choose?

Thanks for any advises,

I've got an 8003 here in Italy from 1week.
The screen is Ok for me, nothing special but Ok. The definition is Great (1400x1050) and there's much space to work! The NB is really sturdy. Good build quality. Power?! A lot!!!

If you need, ask me what you want to know (sorry for my english O_o )

Thanks for your response! There're my questions:
1. How about comparing 8003's screen to Toshiba's screen? Is there really so big difference?
2. Is the keyboard ok? - it has strange shape and I wonder if there could be any problems with typing?
3. I've read that 8003 and 8004 have problems with heating HDD - did you notice this in your 8003? Is this really a problem?

Thanks once again!

1) I've seen Toshiba's only in shop's. The Truebrite tecnology works very well and the screen looks great (like Sony's XBlack). The Acer's is a "normale" TFT LCD. Nothing special, but great bright (200nit). Looks like a lamp! Very good resolution (1400x1050), smooth. Poor viewing angle?! Mh, yes, but nothing too bad. I work with this NB eveb with CAD sw, and for me the screen is OK.

2) The keyboard looking beatiful. But onestly I'm still learning how to use this layout, cause before I had a oldstyle keyboard on my Presario. The quality is very good, great touche feeling. I LOVE THE MULTIMEDIA KEY on the top. They're very comfortable.

3) No problem. The HD often work at 40deg, a few times goes to 45 or 48. Toshiba declare opertivity till 55deg. You know, the TM is very thin!!! And so you can "feel" the HD temperature under you hand. But nothing dangerously.
