Problems Capturing Video

Hi. I have a 5670 and Im trying to capture video with a "SIIG USB 2.0 + FireWire" PCMCIA card. When I try to capture the video, it works (with particles in the capture window) for 2 seconds then crashes. Also I have all of the PCMCIA card drivers up to date.

EDIT: It works fine for live capture. I only have this problem when I want to do playback capture. I have service Pack 2 ( I dont know if this is the problem).

It's not Service Pack 2. I just uninstalled it and still have the problem.

video card drivers, PCMCIA slot drivers, or chipset drivers

might want to try and update those drivers

also see if their is any patches, updates for the software you use

I have all of those. It works for the first 1 minute, then crashes.

have you looked at the manufacturer's KB or called them?
