Hi all,

apologize if this is old question - does dell price match a recent purchase to a new coupon deal?

my situation:

Just got 9200 1.8, 100gig, 512mb 1 slot, xp pro, wuxga etc. used prior $450 off coupon (Iam not EEP eligble)

Now I have saved cart with new 25% off coupon- same computer specs - will be $175 + tax savings less!

Do I have to return and reorder to realize savings - or will dell credit the difference - just asking before spending mucho time on phone with guy in India

You get 1 price re-adjustment. Since they shortened the 'trial' period from 30 to 21 days, I don't know if that affected the re-adjustment time also.

Cool, I may go ahead and order a 9200 when the current promotion is about to expire. When does the 25% off coupon expire?

the only date I saw was the 23rd...and they weren't sure about it. When you enter the coupon in your cart it should show you when it expires...

So it is 21 days for the trial period. I just spoke with a rep in the US in the warranty department and she told me I have 30 days. I better check up on this because I am having the same thing. I have a cart that will save me some money too. Best of luck to you Andyak
