I purchased my laptops with a preferred account. I have not received any bills. In addition, when I try to access my account from the dell financial services site, it doesn't show my account (using the email and password from my Dell accont).
Its been almost 2 months since my computer purchase and I am very scared. I googled it and it turns out there are tons of complaints. I received a phone call the other day from DFS but since my mom used the account, I fowarded it to her.
How the hell do I pay for my computers (or more specifically my mom)?
Dell is pissing me off more and more every day.
