Problem w/ lappy boot - Nv4_mini.sys

I recently got my 9860, and its been great until now, although this seems like more of a driver thing than anything else.

It recently crashed, and rebooted, however on the reboot it could not complete the startup in anythign but safe mode, the file "nv4_mini.sys:" was identifies as the problem- a geforce driver. so... I reboot it in safe mode, system restore a day back, same problem.
I stick in driver disk an reinstall drivers, same problem.
"page_fault_in_nonpaged_area"

....

any tips?
I really am almost out of options and would rather not have to do a total recovery.

Error checking and re-reinstalling drivers, making sure ot replace the nv4_mini did not help, I am starting to think it may be a problem with the BIOS, are there any suggestiosn regarding reinstalling it?

I am starting to think its a bios issue because the problem booting seems to start as soon as it is turned on, a few flickering blue lines, and ! makes across the screen.

If you're having that problem I'd say you'd have two choices: see if the latest video drivers make it more stable, or RMA it. It looks like you might end up having to go for the second option.
