This wait is beginning to get to me, that and the fact that i called for a price drop early last week, to be told they will "investigate it" and ring me back....that never happened, then i rang on thursday, and was told i would DEFINITELY get a ring back on friday or monday....nope nothing. So i rang today, the lady sed that the person who deals with price drops was off sick since friday, so i'm like ok fair enough. This lady sed she'd investigate price drop herself and check the true status of my order and ring me back by 6pm today....guess what happened....NO RINGBACK!! i've been pretty chilled with alienware thus far, but now i'm getting irritated.
I didn't cause much of a fuss that my system didn't arrive by xmas (even though i was told at ordering that i'd get it on 6th dec) but if i dont get it by the first week of Jan i'm gonna cancel, enough is enough, especially seeing as i cant get the £100 mail in rebate, even thought people who have been ordering their systems with the rebate in december have been getting their systems before me.
Alienware really need to improve their communications with customers.
