Hello all. I have a quick question about the sentia. I have the old 14" sentia. Whenever I close the lid to lock it in the closed position, the screen does not turn off like it's supposed to. I usually have to put something heavy like a paperweight or something on the left side to get the screen to turn off. The lip closes and snaps like its supposed to, but it doesnt look like it's completely closed. I was wondering what mechanism on the laptop controls the whole screen on screen off on the sentia. I'd really rather not have to send the whole laptop to alienware to get fixed if possible, but now I'm all out of ideas.
