The best $2,600 I've ever spent that wasn't on a Sager. Don't get me wrong, my 8790 still works great.
I turned it into a wireless print server. It hooks straight into my nice Color Laser.
Here's my latest $2,600 and I have never been happier. OK, if there are any Mac people in the room, leave now. I run Win XP on it all day long. I only log into the "Mac" side to get firmware updates. It's the best damn Windows notebook I've ever owned and the graphics kick butt too (HL2, Doom3, Fear).
I've lost all loyalty to Sager. Too many problems with the two models I've had (8880, 8790). Both dead. The 8880 actually lasted until last week. 8790 died last year.
