Asus z81k vs. Uniwill athlon 64 from ibuypower

Which one should I go with? The only real problem I have with the Asus is the 333mhz memory and when I set these laptops up with the same specs(other than the memory speed) they are about $3 different, so I'm stuck debating over which one to go with. The asus does have a better display but I don't know how important this is. I will be using the laptop for college and gaming and you can't talk me out of the Athlon 64 processor so give me your honest opinion on which one you would choose and why. I don't know how much of a bottleneck the memory is going to be. Highlighted in green are my other choices as far as components go. Thank you for the help, Gary.
